Backdrop Booking Process

1. During checkout, select your event date and make payment for 50% of the total amount.

2. We’ll reach out via whatsapp to discuss your theme or design. Feel free to share any inspiration, mood board, or reference photos.

3. Once we’ve finalized the theme/design details, we’ll provide a custom illustration within 3-7 working days.

4. Your booking includes up to 3 rounds of design adjustments. If you’d like more tweaks beyond that, extra changes can be made at $50 for each revision. Each amendment takes 3–7 working days to process.

5. Once you give the final approval, we’re all set! Just countdown to your special day.

6. We’ll send you a reminder one day before your event.

7. Our team will set up the backdrop on the event day and collect the remaining 50% payment plus a $100 refundable damage deposit.

8. We’ll handle the teardown after the event ends and the $100 damage deposit will be returned within 3 working days. (Note: If your event ends after 9pm, teardown will be scheduled for the next day from 9am onwards.)
